Surely going to end on one hell of a cliffhanger
ReplyDeleteDo you have any scoop on The Americans? I love that show! –Elena
ReplyDeleteIf you are worried that FX’s drama, like its high-caliber cable brethren, is going to end its freshman run on May 1 with a humdinger of a bombshell that leaves you screaming at the TV and cursing every day until Season 2 arrives (in January 2014), don’t be. “I don’t think this is a show about cliffhangers or urgent plot devices,” EP Joel Fields tells us. “So where we look toward the end of the season is teasing where we may go with the characters and the relationships. But it’s not about some crazy plot twist or cliffhanger.”http://tvline.com/2013/04/04/ncis-criminal-minds-once-upon-a-time-spoilers/
;)
Oh that is a relief! Though can I believe them those sneaky producers ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you for the spoilers/synopsis, DarkUFO.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, these "unexpected truths" about their relationship will prove to be positive.
I wonder just how "close" to the truth the writers will allow Stan to get.
Glad you liked it :)
ReplyDeleteI can only assume that will probably be part of the cliffhanger for Season 2 :)
OMG ahahahahah
ReplyDeleteI second that. I love a little tease leading us into the next season as much as the next person, but I hope they leave Philip and Elizabeth in a somewhat positive place or it will be torture to wait until next January!
ReplyDeleteNow that (Stan) as a cliffhanger could be okay. I really don't think they'll have him get too close this early in the series though... at least not close enough to actually expose them. And yes, thanks for all the Americans news!
ReplyDeleteOh absolutely. The close calls are the best. But if Stan figures out who Philip and Elizabeth really are, they either have to kill him, which I don't want, or they're forced to switch or play both sides, which could be cool to see, but not without more build up first. On the personal side of their relationship, I hope we've hit the low point (or will hit it this week) and can start to see them slowly rebuild. I don't know about Nina. I was expecting her gone long before this, and she's survived!
ReplyDelete>>>>> I don't know about Nina. I was expecting her gone long before this, and she's survived!
ReplyDeleteYou have a point; Nina had proved to be remarkably resilient. I, too, had expected her to be discovered and killed by now. Inspite of her affair with Stan (it's horrible for his wife, but realistic given the circumstances), I like Nina, so, hopefully, she'll hang on a bit longer.
If she survives the season I'll be amazed.
ReplyDeleteI agree it is still to early in the show.
