I'll admit I was the first to dismiss Teen Wolf. I mean it's on MTV and I haven't been part of the MTV generation since before they stopped playing music videos the 90% of the time. But people kept pushing me to watch it when I asked for new TV suggestions. I broke down and bought the DVDs when it was on super discount but still didn't open it. When I finally did, I was shocked by how much fun this show was. Yeah the teen romance is over the top and sometimes dwelt on a bit much for me (that being said, any teen romance is too much for me so it's probably very minute), but the action and the snark, my beloved missing snark, make it a great ride. It's not going to change TV but it is a great way to spend an hour.
All this was a long-winded way to say that Teen Wolf and Burn Notice are the two shows I am most looking forward to this summer. If anyone fears the MTV label like I did, it is worth trying out. Both seasons are currently on Netflix streaming so it's a win-win.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
definitely more a teaser than a trailer, I hope we get a trailer before too long
