Yay, Anton is back! I was hoping Jorge would return.
ReplyDeleteSo excited for Racy Lacey!
"AND EMMA IS TORN
ReplyDeleteOVER WHETHER SHE WOULD STAY IN OUR WORLD OR GO BACK TO FAIRYTALE
LAND WHEN IT'S REVEALED THAT ANTON'S MAGIC BEANS HAVE BEGUN TO GROW,"
Not a surprise the beans would grow, but is interesting that Emma would consider FTL....
I knew the beans would make an appearance, My guess it it's connected to the season finale as well.
ReplyDeleteI was trying to think why she would ever want to go back there since she didn't seem to enjoy it the first time. But I guess if her parents and everyone went back, only useful Earth things like technology would be keeping her in Storybrooke.
ReplyDeleteMaybe but what about Henry? He might not to go,and i can't see Emma going w/o him.
ReplyDeleteHenry has already said he wants to go. He thinks fighting dragons, riding a horse and being a prince would be cool. He has not thought about things like indoor plumbing and heating and all the reasons I would never, ever go to FTL.
ReplyDeleteIf they don't go back this show will be just another boring show, FOR ME. The FT and FTL aspect is what made me begin watching Once and without it my interest is dwindling.
ReplyDeleteThey really didn't follow up on it in the last episode, but in the episode before, you could really tell that she enjoyed using magic, -so that could be one facet to her thinking, but also I think she maybe always felt like she never really belonged "here", so she might think going to another land, or a land of origin might give her fresh start (but if she still has baggage she isn't dealing with, I don't think going somewhere else is going to help her much). One last possibility is that she feels she has to get Henry away from certain people...
ReplyDeleteLost season 4...
ReplyDeleteThe lack of FTL has hurt the second half of this season, in my opinion - mainly by making it too much like the first season. We need another genuine game-changer, and more world-hopping. I doubt the fairy-talers' plans to return will go nearly as smoothly as they think, however. Plus there's Tamara to worry about - one shudders to think what she'd do with some magic beans...
ReplyDeleteI'm really hoping next season of Once will be as cool as that one.
ReplyDeleteI actually never watched a single episode of Lost lol. Maybe I should brush up my knowledge a bit.
ReplyDeleteIt's not that big of a deal, but season 4 introduced flashforwards, as opposed to season 1-3 had flashbacks. It was really hard to figure out how and why certian characters would end up they where they did in the flashforwards, as they all kept changing groups and locations through out the season. :D
ReplyDeleteMe too!
ReplyDeleteJacob ? :-p
ReplyDeleteI'm glad we get to see him again too!
ReplyDeleteHenry wanted to go there before he met his father. Now I think it's a little bit more complicated because of Neal and his fiancee. What Henry wants now is living with his whole family. That would be impossible if they are in two different worlds.
ReplyDeleteAh, I think there should be spoof LOST-Once crossover shirts like "Touched by Regina", "Bean Protector", "Not Penny's Boat"--featuring Charlie Pace's hand being held up by Hook T-shirts!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you about all these reasons she would have to go, but I think at the end Emma would always think about and choose the best for Henry, that's the reason why she will be torn for a while. She will have to choose between leaving her parents or removing her son from his father. Neal is engaged with Tamara, he'll never go.
ReplyDeleteWait, if Emma is the conflicted one, does that mean Snow is buying Charming's idea of moving to FTL and having a brand new start? What happened to "that won't work, I have to deal with my problems"?
ReplyDeleteLOL Great idea, sir! I can't wait to see Charlie's hand held up by Hook! Please make it happen, I want this shirt!
ReplyDeleteI wish I would be better with photo shop! I so want to make an avatar of it too!!!! XD
ReplyDeletenope.
ReplyDeleteMore like:
Charming : OH YEAH FTL.
Snow: Oh no. ftl...
Emma: DONT'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL
Not if he finds out what Tamara's up to.
ReplyDeleteWe'll just have to agree to disagree.
ReplyDeleteThis season's ftl parts were complete bore. The first half of season was slow and way less interesting. Its only after Snow and Emma came back to Storybrooke that both FTL and Storybrooke storylines became enjoyable and show regained its pacing, with Queen-Is-Dead/Miller's-Daughter/Welcome-To-Storybrooke being three best episodes of the season.
YUP! Definitely have to disagree. Those were barely worth watching to me.
ReplyDeleteI do agree with you on those two episodes, they were fantastic. Really, the show has been definitely improving of late, though the most recent episode disappointed me in some ways. (August a kid again? Seriously?) Cora's death scene was the most powerful moment of TV I've seen in a very long time.
ReplyDeleteI don't think he will find out before next season. But you're right.
ReplyDeleteShe didn't say she doesn't want to go back. She said it wont help with that particular problem. Also, she mentioned a "bigger roof, with turrets" on one occasion.
ReplyDeleteI feel the exact opposite. There's absolutely nothing interesting about them going back to FTL.
ReplyDeletePlus the fact that people die constantly in massive droves and nobody cares. I can see why the Charmings want to go back, they're rulers and get the best of everything on the backs of others.
ReplyDeleteYes but its quite clear that Snow does NOT want to go back :
ReplyDelete- She has been evasive on the topic for entire season, starting with her cold look when Charming announced they all should go back to FTL.
- She has been insisting that people call her Mary Margaret instead of Snow.
- The "bigger roof with turrets" was part of her argument that they should buy their own house in Storybrooke, which was ALSO part of her argument that they should stay in Storybrooke.
I am actually thinking that next season you will have heated argument between Snow who does not want to leave the town and Charming who does, complete with an attempted(or successful) bean sabotage.
ReplyDeleteI Can hear Charming now, "We Have to go back, Snow! We have to go BAAAAAAACKK!"
ReplyDeleteHm... she actually did say she doesn't want to go back, more than once, ever since they got back. But that's not the point, IMO. The question is how they will approach this: will they make it Snow vs. Charming, with Emma having to decide which of her parents to trust? Will they throw Henry in the mix? If they do, what will Regina say?
ReplyDeleteBecause I'm 99.9% sure the last thing Regina wants is to go back to FTL and she will probably do everything she can to keep Henry from going there, not only because she wants him to be with her, but cause she knows how the place can corrupt people. It's where she lost everything, it's where she became the evil queen, it's where she turned dark and succumbed to magic.
And I'm guessing Emma might have some of the same concerns.
