    I get the feeling that Amanda's backstory will be downright terrifying. This show doesn't pull any punches and to explain how this woman became such a monster, they surely went for something utterly twisted.

    There are so many aspects of Nikita that I love but Amanda is no longer one of them. Amanda was one of the greatest villains on TV. Now she's just pitiful and tiresome. She used to have real goals and ambitions for power. She had a larger purpose. There was a time that Amanda could make classic Bond villains piss their pants. Unfortunately, Amanda has devolved into a lunatic whose entire life revolves around Nikita. This sad obsession she's developed has tarnished the character as far as I'm concerned.

    I love Amanda, she is my favorite character in this show ! In her mind the only thing that she did was help Nikita and then be betrayed, now she wanna revenge. I don't agree with her, but I also can't stop loving her.
    And she won't kill Nikki, so I am fine.

    I love Nikita the show and the character, but her excuse for not killing Amanda makes her sound like an idiot. Basically she could have prevented all this if she had made the hard, ugly choice. Just saying.

    I 'm not disagreeing with you, but it's hard to maintain your bad-assery for 3 seasons. As you said she used to have a bigger agenda, perhaps the writers found that continuing this storyline was tedious and going the way of Psycho fixated killer gave them new material.

    I myself miss Percy and Roan.
