  2. im surprised New Normal and Go On are looking hopefully and Guys with Kids has a chance

  3. Surely this can't be true? Especially the Guys with Kids part!

  4. I was shocked too but Deadline is usually super accurate

  5. That's what I was thinking. What's up with no Community though?

  6. I'm only surprised about New Normal and Guys With Kids, but we can't know for sure until NBC renews their shows.

Go On doesn't surprise me at all even though I'm still worried about it.

  7. This is from Deadline and they're right like 98% of the time.

  8. I'm glad Go On is looking hopeful, its far from perfect but it is very good when they focus on the Anne/Ryan friendship and I hope if it gets S2 the writers find strength in that.

  9. They're probably waiting to see.

  10. That's what i was thinking but for syndication purposes I thought it would get a 10 episode Season 5.

  11. Yay for Parks and Rec, The New Normal and Go On. But what about Community ???

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yay Revolution! Plus, The New Normal.

  13. Yay for Parenthood, The New Normal and (most likely) SVU! I'm especially excited for Parenthood though. Fingers-crossed it gets a full 22-episode season this time.

And yay for Go On too. I watch that show when time allows and it's a good show.

  14. It benefits from Jimmy Fallon being a Co-Creator and Executive Producer.

  15. Revolution and Grimm!!! Obvious, but still!

  16. NBC is negotiating with Mariska? So basically if she doesn't sign for another season, they'll just cancel the show which is what's best. I wonder how much she's gonna ask this time...Let's face it, it's all about money.

  17. Last year, nbc said that harrys law might get renwed for a 13 episode counr but ended up getting cancelled. Also deadline had claimed from sources that nbc might cancel whitney but ended up being renewed.

  18. well those things almost happened they said might not 100% will

  19. I do agree that smash and 160 penn are certainly not coming back as they implied in the article

  20. Yay for Revolution and Grimm, the only shows I watch from this list.

  21. My prediction

Renewed this week-Revolution, Grimm, The Voice

will be renewed-Chicago Fire, SVU, Parks, Parenthood, Biggest Loser

everything else should be cancelled but unlikely that will happen so.....

on the bubble-Go On, Community, New Normal

to be cancelled-Whitney, Guys with Kids, Smash,1600 Penn, Deception

    to early to tell-Hannibal

  22. Sorry but there is no way NBC should be renewing any of their current comedies other than the constantly decently (for NBC) rated Parks and Recs. The ratings have been piss poor for all and NBC have some interesting pilots in the works.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I actually really like Go On and Community they are extremely fun to watch. The ratings could be a hell of a lot worse for the shows and they deserve a longer run in their series. Plus Matthew Perry needs a win.

  24. chuffed to bits for Chicago Fire and Grimm x x

    ReplyDelete
  25. Awesome for Parks & Rec and hopeful for Go On, but no mention of Community?

    ReplyDelete
  26. No doubt Revolution, Grimm and Chicago Fire will be renewed (as well as The Voice) in terms of dramas they don't have anything else!

  27. I am not sure I believe these very much. I think Parenthood is an absolute certain renewal for me. I am very skeptical of Guys with kids being more likely to be renewed than Whitney with the later being closer to syndication and with ratings being equal to both. I also don't think the new normal is hopeful and I don't think nbc would make decisions based on these late airings behind the voice. Deadline is usually a very reliable source but I am very skeptical on this one

  28. Parenthood is also a certain renewal. But I agree, those three will also be renewed for sure.

    ReplyDelete
  29. There is a chance that NBC renews up to three low rated pilots besides Parks, with the three most likely candidates being, in order: Community, Go On and Whitney. It is also possible that they only renew Parks. It is very hard to guess at this point. My guess? Parks and Community or, possibly, Go On will be renewed and that will be it.

  30. Parenthood is a certain renewal. No idea about the episode order though, their schedule actually doesn't have as much room as one would think looking at it now.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Neps, they just didn't have enough Ready for Love episodes ready in time, that is the theory I stand by. They were burning off the new normal. I don't think it is virtually impossible that they renew it, but it is very very unlikely and it would also mean the renewal of parks, community, go and most likely whitney. Heck, even guys with kids is slighly more likely at this point with the whole jimmy fallon angle. But I refuse to believe that NBC will be dumb enough to renew so many low rated comedies. And I say this as a huge fan of community and as someone who also likes go on very much. When I am commenting on ratings here I am doing my best to leave my personal feeling for the show aside.

  32. Are you kidding, they should not cancel the show that would not mean for the best. With Mariska it is not about the money, She does the show because she very passionate about her character and wanting justice. I do not agree 100% what you said, it's far from the truth to me that is; no offense.
I'm sure Mariska will sign again, she's said over and over again that she's very happy being on SVU

    ReplyDelete
  33. They wont renew if she doesn't sign a new two year deal, that's for sure because the show is dead without her and don't be a fool, she loves the money and said it many times, she saves up all she can because she knows she might not find another job after that. She does love her job but money is a big part of it. Negotiating means they're revising the terms of her contracts meaning her salary...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Yep,i forgot about Parenthood!

    ReplyDelete
  35. SVU needs to come back...NBC honestly its really ur only ace in the hole give Mariska whatever she wants!!!

    ReplyDelete
  36. You know I didn't think I'd like 1600 Penn but it actually grew on me. That shoe would do way better on TBS. Stoked about Grimm being renewed!

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'm so p..sed off about Whitney, i mean why Nbc doesn't want to renew this show? this year "Whitney" did pretty well, it gained good rating in a really harsh night and it kept a rating of 1.2-1.5 throughout all these months! and i'm convinced it has to be Renewed, it deserves to get Renewal!! It did better than Go on and The New Normal, which i love, and they had the help of The Voice!! I'm happy to read that Nbc will granted another year to TNN and Go on, i think they're both amazing and funny shows!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. i really really hope you're right and Witney gets a Renewal!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Oh, please, guys, just don't take Go On and Guys with Kids Away from me!! Renew them already!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Good news for Revolution! :)
