  1. Interesting that it was down usually with these kind of shows they slowly get better each season

  2. A lot of people didn't like season 5. My sister loved the first 4 seasons and didn't think season 5 was on par with them.

  3. the 18-49 demo wasnt 1.4 it was 1.4 million viewers aged 18-49 that works out about a 1.1. Down from last seasons 1.2 demo rating

  4. Season 4 dropped the ball on a pretty amazing Season 3 finale IMO. They had one truly great episode in that batch, and then ended on a down note. Season 5 was just dull.

If I'm surprised, it's because Cable shows tend to keep growing with word of mouth regardless of whether the latest season was a let-down.

  5. I will say it..............too much time passes between seasons viewers move on.....these hiatuses and 10 episode BS seasons and in 2 weeks crap really takes the steam out of viewership......Draper and Sterling are cool guys but after the 2 hours we can see the cracks in the veneer....sad depressed lonely men. Maybe they should hook up with real women and not the mannequins they seem to fall prey too. Real women.....maybe heavy maybe not so fashionable but lovely woman with hearts of gold and lotsa love. Sterlings first wife was perfect for him.................Draper was actually happy when he was with the real Drapers wife in California...he was able to be himself. But oh how these men/boys must learn
