I'm so excited to see Sarah back on Supernatural... I loved her. And at the risk of an angry army of "Caskett" fans launching projectiles at my head, I'm intrigued (and dare I say excited?) by the notion of a "new love interest" for Beckett - I don't think that it'll work out negatively, but it'll be good to see them shake things up. I've reached a plateau when it comes to my enjoyment of their newfound relationship, so this could be good.
She'll probably spend some time with the guy, somebody she would normally be very attracted to, and discover that what she has with Castle means a lot more to her than that. If it doesn't make her realize that she's in love with Castle and it's not a typical relationship then I'll be surprised.
There's some interesting speculation about SPN, that Sarah's return will give the Winchesters the chance to recount what's happened to them since they saw her last, except with their personal biases, kind of in the style of "Tall Tales". I think that would be cool.
I'm hoping that Sarah has become a hunter and has found a way to balance that with a normal life and is a source of inspiration for Sam.
Keep it together Beckett. I'm warning you :P I doubt she will dump Castle for this guy, since that would be essentially it for her character. She's be worse than Castle ever was!
I read about the love interest, it sounds to me that Castle might actually show a bit of jealousy. May we get a few scenes with him getting a bit nervous and ready to fight to for his woman? :-)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Yes, I'm so glad Sarah is actually coming back to SPN! Wonder why she and the boys run into each other.
ReplyDeleteA new love interest for Beckett?
ReplyDeleteNow that's an exaggeration!
I am so dreading the return of Sarah in Supernatural. At least since it's the episode titled "Clip Show", I'm guessing we see her in a flashback.
ReplyDeleteCastle spoiler...Nah,I won't buy that :(

This column was great when Zap2it first started it. Now it's just a bunch of old news that other outlets have already posted.
ReplyDeleteWow, talk about sensationalism for the Castle scoop. Like your readers are going to buy into that, douches.

ReplyDeleteCastle does get jealous, but that certainly doesn't make the guy Beckett is protecting her "new love interest".
