    The HOD writers better get their act together in season 3, the Zade dynamic is one of the best things about the show.

    I hope the resurrection that may stick Isn't jeremy.That's too predicable.That and giving Elena the cure would be easy way out.Of course I wouldn't mind resurrecting jeremy If ANna Is also resurrected with him.

    I could go with that.As many time they have brought her back In flashbacks or as a ghost says killing her off was a mistake.Plus she could shake up the triangle.

    I am less worried about Nikita now, I would still hope for some other network to pick up, and save this amazing show. And about the shortened season, we all know that Nikita can work miracles whit 10 or 13 episodes, just like season one and two midseasons...

    They've brought her back a few times this season and, for supposedly being Stefan's BFF, she's spent the majority of her time with Damon. I'm thinking TVD has been planting seeds of her return and (as you said) setting her up as a possible Damon/Elena monkey wrench.

    Sadly because Nikita is on the CW and has low ratings (that it doesn't deserve), other channels wouldn't even think about picking it up.

    TVD - Jeremy would be obvious choice yeah, but I could see the show still doing it only because of Elena once she turns her emotions back on. Lexi and maybe Alaric are other possibilities? Just guessing.

    I hope Ausiello is right about Nikita. Here I thought we were safe for S4 once we got S3, but instead they're making us sweat til the last minute as usual. Sigh.

    For TVD, I kinda don't think Alaric would fit nowadays really... Wouldn't he still be a weird original vamp who wants to watch the world burn still unless he swallowed the cure? And with everyone going off to college and all that I can't really see how he could contribute much. But yeah, it's probs gonna end up being Lexi or someone... Apparently she and Stefan link arms at the end of the episode and walk down the street together according to people who were watching on set.
