Castle weakness is that we certainly know, that nobody is going to die. They will be crying, saying things but in the end everything is gonna be okay, hate that, hate procedural dramas. Love Fillion.
Love that they give us only a small idea now, i love sneak peeks but hope they aren't too spoilery this week as I think this episode could be brilliant.
Come on! You do not really think that he is going out of the room, are you? :) I'm 100% sure that he's turning back just to close the door and stay with Kate :) It's obvious!
When they do a scenario like that the point isn't suspense for the viewer as to the outcome, it's to explore the dynamic and the reaction of the characters (who obviously don't know that she won't die). As long as they don't play it off like a suspenseful moment, it can be great television.
This looks like a good Castle/Beckett episode, and I would be very intrigued but my mood has been sullied by the tragic events in Boston. And I am really hoping that ABC postpones this episode because this might be a little too close for comfort.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
This episode is coming at a bad time...
ReplyDeleteThis is how you make a promo without ruining the most important moment of the season. CTV should learn from ABC.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be surprised if Castle turns right back around and tries to tackle her off the bomb.
ReplyDeleteWhoa, this looks awesome and intense! Can't wait for it.
ReplyDeleteThey are crying !!!
ReplyDeleteSo intense this promo is! I loved it!

ReplyDeleteHonestly, I wouldn't be surprised either! XD
ReplyDeleteThis episode was written and developed before today's events, so its not really the Castle crew's fault...

ReplyDeleteOf course it wasn't intentional but I wouldn't be surprised if ABC postpones showing the episode this week.

ReplyDeleteCan't wait for this.. I mean, obviously no one will get hurt, that's so not the point.. I just hope people understand that. :)
ReplyDeleteextraordinary as to seem impossible
ReplyDeletethe characters need to evolve, for that they need to be put in some situations that force them to grow and open up...
ReplyDeletethat will be stupid, he has a daughter, but yes i am rather sure that he will turn to stay with her...
