    I think you interpreted that scene wrong. They are worried about her. Very worried. Caroline's fake smile and insistence that Elena's idea will "make Damon really happy" is a transparent attempt to placate Elena in order to keep her out of trouble.

    I think they are worried but I don't think they are seeing the signs of just how much she needs help. The second part I agree with though.

    well, I know that this is the only mention of Bonnie we're gonna get in this episode.. that's why I ranted LOL! and i still didn't get the VERY worried vibe off of Caroline tbh. let's wait and see what the episode would bring..
