    I thought the ratings were doing okay and they've been improving week over week? I don't want it to be canceled on a big cliffhanger. :(

    The ratings have been extremely level all season long, with minor +/- fluctuations here and there. I honestly don't know why ABCF insists on dicking this show around.


    To add insult to injury, Deadline erroneously reported earlier today that ABCF renewed Bunheads for season 2. The website has since taken down the article and the whole fiasco has been downgraded to a rumor by other outlets. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Bunheads but the ratings were miserable and I would be pissed if ABCF made the dumbfounding decision to choose that show over The Lying Game for renewal.

    Awesome. Also, apparently Blair Redford is in Switched at Birth promos (don't know I don't watch that one).


    I like Bunheads, but I don't think it will ever overcome its flaws, so I wouldn't miss it. I will miss TLG. One of the cast claimed they have to be told by April contractually, so I guess we'll know soon.

    The actor that plays Ethan is expected to appear in six episodes of Switched at Birth while The Lying Game is renewed. What article said Bunheads getting renewed? I know deadline published an article yesterday where they seemed to be confused that Bunheads was still in it's first season. Is that the article you were referring to or is there another one?

    switched at birth has become a really good insightful show it is much better than bunheads which l love too l would miss TLG and SAB but bunheads l can get over easily l've been preparing myself since last year for its cancellation
    - the worst show on abc fam has always been secret life how much can you discuss sex in a single episode could not finish watching the first season

    I like Bunheads, but I don't love it. It lacks focus and it can be really boring sometimes. Like the creator doesn't know what to do with the characters.

    So I am completely perplexed. Why would ABC Family pick up Bunheads vs The Lying Game. The Lying Game has the bigger fanbase, and higher ratings. If they don't pick up The Lying Game I'm going to be pissed. Massive cliffhangers are supposed to happen in the finale.

    There has to be some hidden benefit to this scenario for the ABCF network that I don't understand because, on the surface, this makes absolutely no sense to me either.

    I guess it's possible that they could renew both shows, but I think that's unlikely. I guess we will find out soon enough what's going on.
