Lamont Bishop wouldn't have a personal lawyer who's bad at his job (disorganized, unprepared...), so all this disorganization must hide something, perhaps Charles Lester is trying to waste their time or something?
Ah, but there can only be ONE elsbeth :))))) Also, (more seriously), within the universe of this show, Lamont Bishop wouldn't have someone like Elsbeth for a lawyer. So I'm thinking it's more like Canning, who pretends to be vulnerable when in fact he's a shark.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
