Last year we followed Riley Parks’ drama when her beloved husband walked out on her and their kids during a financial crisis. After some frustrated attempts of getting her life back on track and providing for her kids, Riley found her way back to being the breadwinner of the family at The Rub, a spa.
“’Till I Make It on My Own” has got it all: an arrest, a fist fight, new love interests, frenemies bonding, lack of money, a business proposal and a threat. Beaumont has never been more dramatic.
Riley has now to deal with her own moral conflicts and decide whether or not she is able to lay a helping hand to the man who put her in the position she is now in the first place. Not only that, but will she be able to take on a new relationship, fulfill her mom’s duties and run the spa? That’s when good old Selena will make all the difference and by giving Georgia what she wants, Riley will be the one to face the consequences of her choices when time comes.
Meanwhile, Kyle tries to use what he calls ‘valuable information’ to protect someone and to try and ease his situation, because he’s now a man on a mission and is determined to accomplish said mission.
Linette and Lacey face one of Taylor’s ideas about how to run the salon and are shocked to hear what Riley is going through. It seems that everyone is going through changes.
At the end of the day, what Riley learns is that she deserves and will be in charge of her life and when she receives a call from Georgia she just knows this: bring it on!
The Client List Season 2 premiere is March 10 on Lifetime.
