  1. This one just doesn't look interesting to me. I don't like the show revolving around obnoxious kids and it looks like we'll be seeing a lot of them. I have no interest in checking out the "new generation of hunters". I really hope the episode is about Sam and Dean and not anything like "Bitten".

  3. I think this is going to be an interesting character study, in the same way that "Jump the Shark" was (the episode with ghoul!Adam). Seeing Sam and Dean's opposing reactions to kids hunting. It'll be interesting.

And of course I'm always happy to see returning characters, especially returning female characters, especially after they just killed off the longest recurring female character on the show.

  4. Here's hoping for some Sam & Dean insight into what it was like as kids hunting. Vheck that - here's for some CONITUITY about what it was like...

  5. It would be totally more interesting if they interspersed the story with some teen!chesters flashbacks. That would make the story more compelling to me. Not really jazzed about this one; though, we'll see, I guess.

Its kinda cool to see my generation :)
I don't think it'll be bad but interesting to see a new aspect of hunters, I actually think something big will happen with the brothers.

  7. Yes! I really hope they are smart enough to connect something from the Winchester's lives. It's pretty poor writing if they don't take advantage of this. I'd kill for flashbacks, but I don't hope in Post S1-5.

  8. At the time I didn't mind Adventures in Babysitting.

I thought it would have been quite interesting to see how another family group dealt with/or got into hunting.

Unfortunately Krissy turned out to be a mini know it all, practically smarter than the brothers.

I always thought it was a little unfair that Dean got all the fist thumping and thanks, when it was Sam who heroically distracted the monsters and took the bite to the neck that was meant for Krissy's father; the third bite which would have killed him

She could have fist bumped him too, at the very least.

This seems to be the theme in this ep. too.

Wonderkids who are smarter and more capable than the brothers or at least that's how they're illustrated by Fagin/Victor in the clip.

Could be the kids save the day, just as it could be the contrary and Sam and Dean are shown to be the more capable hunters after all.
I hope for the second option.

If it's a vampire episode maybe Benny ot the Alpha vamp will turn up. if i remember correctly, the Alpha vamp had a thing for young fresh blood!

  9. This looks like it is going to be totally predictable. Sam thinks what they are doing is a good thing, Dean thinks its bad. Sam will get easily tricked and proved wrong and used as bait or insurance against Dean to get him out of the way so that Dean can interact with Krissy again and save the day... or maybe it will be Krissy saving the day with some support from Dean.

Last week Dean got to be background for Castiel, this week Dean will get to be background for Krissy. It is possible that Sam will be allowed to talk to someone while he is tied to the chair. I'm so excited I might take a nap.

I did like her character, but I like the Winchesters saving the day... That hasn't happened much this season.

  10. I think what you've said more or less sums up what we can expect with the episode.

In episodes where there are a lot of guest stars, it's a given that the Winchesters will be in it much less, due firstly to the fact that the screen time and story has to be spread out among more people.

As you say, Dean will be the one to interact with Krissy again because of his past "chemistry" with her.

Let's hope that the episode has a surprise twist, but it's been written by the same writer who wrote the previous Krissy episode so I doubt that it will be much different than that one.

Yeah, Sam will probably get the usual kicking out of the way, when Dean has to bond with the guest star of the week; he'll either be tied to a chair, knocked out, strangled, thrown against the wall or locked in a cupboard.

Oh well. I suppose someone's gonna love the know-it -all, teen wonder kids.
