ReplyDeleteYeah, it's definitely dead.
ReplyDeleteDefinately.
ReplyDeleteSo, at lest they're not pushing from air xD
ReplyDeleteRIP Smushed.
ReplyDeleteit had such promise, but its not good this year. ill still watch probably even live now that its on saturday. i have nothing else to watch.
ReplyDeleteSmash will remain as a case study on how to waste considerable promise and talent. They had everything - the actors, the basic plot arc, the relevance... and they failed. Hopefully the genre can be reborn. It also highlights how hard it is to pull what Glee does every week, even though Glee, hm, yeah.
ReplyDeleteSo sad :(
ReplyDeleteThe first season was great, but season two is so weak so far, only one episode was reaaaalllly good. Too bad, i love the actors, Megan Hilty specially, she is the star of the show, so much talent!!!
ReplyDeleteThis breaks my heart because it was such a good show in season 1. I hope it doesn't get canceled and it stays on Saturdays cause I will still watch. I have liked this season and it's slowly coming around but they should've never changed show runners it really messed with the tone of season 1.
ReplyDeleteSmash was too much a niche show. Apparently on another forum, most of the audience on Smash resided in the west and east coast. Glee has a young (for the most part) fanbase.
ReplyDeleteHow unfortunate. Smash could've been, well, a smash.
ReplyDeleteWell Smash is dead. What the hell are they airing on Tuesdays? Should have been Hannibal (on Tuesdays after The Voice).
ReplyDeleteYou know when I first saw the pilot I thought it had so much potential but it started showing signs of trouble only a couple of episodes in and it has been a disaster since.
ReplyDeleteDarnnit I liked this show
ReplyDeleteSo much talent and a horrible "lead"--one bad decision made for a popular name can ruin so much (funny how they used that theme more than once but couldn't figure it out themselves.) Just no focus, and no idea what they were doing right versus what they were doing wrong. Nice of the network to give it a second shot. I hope to see Hilty and Borle around TV land soon.
