So... Danny dies?
ReplyDeleteAnd poor Neville, he seems to be having rather a terrible day.
Yeah, I'm definitely 100% convinced Danny dies.
ReplyDeleteYa it's def Danny who dies.
ReplyDeleteAnd another Led Zeppelin episode title! :D
Can't wait to learn a little more about our "mysterious tower"!
I think it's amusing that Kripke is recycling Supernatural episode titles (yes, I do know they are Led Zep song titles too).
ReplyDeleteIf the romance between Jason and Charlie is supposed to happen. Def.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like that the case, but I'm glad they didn't just slap and bang put them together, instead they have been just dancing around each other, which I think's been nice.
ReplyDeletenot buying it (their chemistry) just yet..but yeah at some point
ReplyDeleteYeah, but this title is one of my all-time favorites, so no problem there;)
ReplyDeleteI think they have chemistry, but we know so little about Jason, that I would hope that he might have some other motivating factors that we don't know about. Otherwise it seems too easy, unless the character isn't in it for the long haul???
ReplyDeleteI'm also looking forward to more Miles and Neville scenes! I'm curious of Neville is going to stick with Monroe for much longer? I could see him switching Republics at some point, especially if something happens to Julia, and/or Monroe just doesn't find him useful anymore...
Okay, I have to admit, that tower seems like something special. Perhaps it's what caused the blackout in the first place? Super EMP?
ReplyDeleteAt least special for an episode ;)
ReplyDeleteLOL, it has two names. the Dark tower for when it caused the blackout and the light tower when it turns all the power back on. ;)
ReplyDeleteBut seriously, I think it must be the same thing that caused the blackout, though it surely can't be as easy as turning all the power back on? It would nearly invalidate the whole premise of the show.
Also, how would an super emp even work? As far as I know, EMP's on that scale isn't something that can't be done yet. However a solar flare could in theory cause this kind of blackout. So, perhaps the research they, Rachel and all, did caused a massive solar flare?
Ya, we might have to take a science fiction leap of faith with advanced EMP technology...
ReplyDeleteThere's a theory though that there's one place on the map that stays lit when all the power went out...I guess Kripke teased about it, according to writer of the theory.
Personally going with Aaron's shirt in the Pilot, "AC/DC" reference, I think the energy might have been redirected. I kept wondering if it could of been put into something to charge it?
