  1. Nothing really happened, but it was still good. Ugh at Rick even considering the Governor's offer. Hopefully Hershel is able to talk him out of it.

I like the Governor's aide dude who was talking to Hershel (LOL I need to learn his name).

Can't wait for the rest of the season!

  2. It was a good episode, then again, similar like last week's. Less action but more character play. I loved the whole Rick-Governor's interaction, which has been highly anticipated since they haven't seen each other before.

  3. "Can I see your stump?" LOL. That was Milton.

  4. Liked it. Couldn't believe Rick and Guv were talking it out. And I liked Rick's remark about how his group doesn't call him "Governor." Andrea set this meeting up naively, but after being asked to leave, is getting a clue. The Glenn and Maggie sex scene was so sweet.

  5. Great ep. More set up than anything, but I really like that they showed the counterparts at first competing (Merle and the other guy) then finding common ground and garnering a little respect for each other. Even Milton and Herschel got along pretty well. I love the way the Governor is portrayed a bit more subtly than the comics version where he was so overtly a psychopath, this way you can never really quite get a good read on the guy. Really good scenes with Glenn taking the lead and standing up to Merle and the group standing together even when it was obvious that Merle was really worried about Darryl... only 3 more eps to go... I can't wait to see how this will shake out...

  6. What a snoozefest.

The back half of season 3 is really bad compared to the fantastic first half.

  7. Great episode. It was good to see The Governor and Rick talking. At least Rick didn´t come off quite as weak as he has been the last few episodes (I don´t care for the whole " I see my dead wife" story). I liked Milton and Hershel´s talk aswell. I hope Milton will realize that the prison people might not be the bad guys. Andrea seems to finally get it. Hope she has a plan.

  8. Can anyone explain why The Governor told the guards to keep Michonne alive but kill the others?
It could be that he wants to make her suffer, but could there be more to it?

  9. The Governor is obsessed with Michonne. He wants revenge and he wants it for himself. Plain and simple.

  10. Really have enjoyed the past two episodes (though last week's was fantastic - one of my favorite of the series). With only 3 episodes left, I'm excited about the upcoming battle - afraid for some of my favorite characters to not survive though.

  11. Although nothing has happened in terms of moving the plot along, it was very entertaining and definitely big in terms of moving towards the big climax. I really hope Andrea and Milton can come to Rick's side.

  12. The "seeing Lori" story wasn't in the books. He just continued to talk to her on the phone for a while. I think they must've needed to fill in whatever episodes Sarah Wayne Calles was due as a "regular" and changed it to her appearing mostly as a ghost. I don't think it was handled well.l

  13. Just plain old hatred for her destroying his sanctuary, taking his eye and killing his zombie daughter. She was one of the central reasons Woodbury is destabilized as it is now.

  14. The last two weeks have surely answered the prayers of the few who have been moaning all season about lack of characterisation.

I really liked this episode. One person's review was "It was just two people talking in a barn". It was so much more than that. Even though there was almost no action in this episode, it was still one of the most tense. I loved it.
