    What can I say, yet another brilliant episode.
    * loved Alicia/Will sneezing (that's what you get for kissing married women, Mr Gardner ;) )
    * the elevator scene (classic TGW trademark)
    * the Diane/Alicia scene was pretty cool, I love how they weave in little bits of realism, and I love Diane giving people advice :D
    * the Kalinda/Elsbeth scene (thank you Archie for whipping out that lovely accent of yours)
    * I do feel bad for both Alicia and Cary though. Diane put Alicia, as they say, between a rock and a hard place, and despite Will's attempt to quell the office animosity, Cary's going to gradually turn against her again. :( Too bad, I loved their dynamic.
    Looking forward to next week's ep, looks intense!

    I liked the dynamic between Cary and Alicia this season, I hope Alicia's promotion doesn't totally ruin that. And I want more Alicia/Kalinda scenes! As for "we won't" (act on it again), yeahhhhhhhh sure.
