  1. That was fun but like a lot of recent Who episodes the actual storyline it self wasn't that strong but the character moments made up for it.

  2. Great but the end was a little bit dull, and next weeks looks exactly like the Doctor/Amy adventure on the spaceship in the second episode of last year.

  3. That was a lot of fun. I like Clara a lot! Missed this show so much! :)

  4. Yep, that episode reminded me of the beast below too, lol

  5. She's fun isn't she :) Love it when we get a new companion, changes the dynamic as much as changing the Doctor imo.

  6. Great episode! I really like Clara. She's so much fun! Also like the change in the dynamics, new companion, fresh start. As much as I miss the Ponds, it's good to see Doctor with someone new, especially a person like Clara ;)
So glad the show's back! It's been too long! Looking forward to the next episode!

  7. I think I may be a little bit in love with Clara. Just saying. I like how much she makes him fluster. No other companion has done that this much before.

  8. Awesome episode! Clara is another great companion... I think she's gonna become one of my favourites.

  9. Am really looking forward to finding out the mystery about Clara, as well as who was the woman who gave Clara the Doctor's number (some people are suggesting River?) and just what will the Great Intelligence do next. Chronologically this is his third appearance... The Snowmen (11th Doctor), The Abominable Snowmen (2nd Doctor) and now here against the 11th Doctor again.

Also, the book by Amelia Williams was a nice nod.

  10. I want to know if the woman in the shop is important too, I thought it might have been Rose (since she's hopped through worlds to help the Doctor before) or maybe related to an even earlier companion such as Barbara?

Love Richard E Grant as this version of The Great Intelligence, I think this will tie into the finale and on to the 50th episode :)

  11. Totally agree on that! A good companion is as important as the Doctor, since they are playing off each other. And they do it so well! And Clara is quite the conundrum.

  12. Awesome episode! Already love Clara and far prefer her to Amy! Great ep with an exciting storyline (the beginning of which reminded me of Blink)

  13. The funniest bit was The Doctor trying to get Clara to go into the TARDIS with him.

I also loved her reaction to the Doctor transporting them onto the falling plane.

  14. She has to be important, in that she had the doctor's number to give to Clara, and someone had to have set the password on the families wi-fi password too.
