  2. Okay, I know I'm going to get flames and voted down for this but I gotta say...Vance asking for the team's help with interviewing Nannies, oh please!!! I get that this show has lots of lighter moments, but sometimes it's so riduclous it turns me off the show.

  3. I agree it doesn't make sense. Vance is the only person other than Gibbs that has any experience with children and they are HIS kids. He knows their personalities & would be the only qualified to make that decision. Maybe this another way to throw some 'Tony flirting with young women' at us ? MW is directing again.....maybe he'll interview them in the NCIS shower room?

  5. :) Hehehehehe lol about what you said about Tony flirting with young women. The episode that MW directed in Season 8 was dreadful, wasn't it? It was really about his character and the starting of his fling with EJ. I really hope the writers (and MW for this episode) have moved on from that old immaturity.

After last episode, I'm not quite convinced. I feel that this episode is based on the team, and I hope that they all work together like they usually do.

  6. Uh, I actually think it does make a lot of sense. Vance is a very busy guy, I don't think he knows all that much about kids' daily lives. His wife has just died, he's confused and nervous and wants to make sure he picks the right person. Whatever nanny he chooses is going to have a huge impact in his children's lives, it's the first big decision he takes since Jackie's death and I personally think he'd be terrified. The team are the people whom he trust, sort of like a second family to him. I can see him asking for help.

  7. I think by Vance asking for help is a sign of lack of confidence.........in his father/mother skills. As a Director he is confident..............but Jackie was the driving force at home.
