  1. So Aoife's back. Does this mean the guy in the pictures is Bo's father?

  2. I so called the doctor being bad when he first showed up. I knew it was weird. I told my friends if he only appears as a once off i can let it go but if he ever recurs again in even the smallest capacity he is so evil. And my guess is that other people are right about lauren taking a job away from the Fae and trying to be a normal scientist again to find herself, the only problem being that the guy offering the job just wants to get lauren away from team Bo so that he can use her to manipulate Bo-Bo. At which point Bo-Bo will have to save Lauren and her hopefully slightly less homicidal mommy. And maybe once Lauren realizes leaving the fae is impossible she will accept that this is her life now and maybe some doccubus reconciliation or even just the tiniest sign of hope for such a reconciliation can happen.

  3. I've only ever seen him play a serial killer so he always looks bad to me.

"Once Lauren realizes leaving the fae is impossible she will accept that this is her life now" -- Kinda sounds awful. Once she figures out that she is permanently trapped in a dangerous situation she's become dreadfully unhappy with maybe she will accept her fate.

  4. "And maybe once Lauren realizes leaving the fae is impossible she will accept that this is her life now" I would prefer Lauren didn't reconcile her life to being a slave. I am sick of her being the damsel in distress and getting anvils dropped on her, she has become a punching bag for the writers. I would love to see Lauren portrayed as the is smart, strong, caring and beautiful character she is. Lauren is needed by the fae more then she needs them I would love to see her treated as such.

  5. Okay, the way i put that sounds wrong. I definitely prefer a strong Lauren, and i have to admit i hate whiney needy lauren as much as the next girl. But i also don't like Lauren running away. Back when Lauren was strong and talked about how working with humans was pedestrian and working with the fae was exciting and cutting edge. When she had some lady balls. I don't want her to accept her slavedom i want her to fight to be treated fairly and the right to be happy in the situation that she is in now. The fact is, that she knows about the fae and that isn't going to change, she is part of their world now. She needs to get her mojo back then maybe her and Bo can work it out in a more functional way.

  6. Season 1 Lauren was completely rewritten into being a slave in season 2 to explain away her beta status. This season they are going for a mix--combat medic who screams and cowers in combat. It is a paradox. You need for her to have a reason to choose the fae, not sacrifice herself to them for something she wants. But since they dropped season 1 happy Lauren who liked the Ash they burnt that bridge pretty good.

  7. I think that they were going for Lauren being a member of doctors without borders or another aid organization. However they can't seem to write their way out of a paper bag, she simply could have said to Kenzi in 3x02 I learned it in Afghanistan while with doctors without borders but no they skip that line along with Kenzi's peanut allergy.

He was great on Showcase's ill-fated Endgame. That show had the dumbest premise but it was charming enough to let all of its faults slide.

  9. I think there's a reason why we're not seeing Tamsin in the promotional photos and stuff. We already know about the bloody shirt she's wearing in the season finale, so she's going to be a very very important part of the outcome.

  10. I'm so worried they're going to kill her! would they ? There's quite the Valkubus fanbase out there...

  11. I hope not! I've loved Tamsin from the moment she opened her mouth and a bunch of sarcastic comments came out of there. She's an amazing character but I'm not at all Team Valkubus and I don't understand that. For me,Lauren and Bo are the real deal.I would really like to see Bo and Tamsin become close friends so let's hope she's around for a long time.

  12. They are just so adorable I can't help being Team Valkubus <3 The "break" scene still broke my heart though... But even if they don't put Bo and Tamsin together, I really hope she'll stick around. Hilarious character :-)

  14. Can't wait to see it. But i don't believe that this Doctor or what ever he is, is Bo's father. If you remember right after the dawning we saw Trick to go in the basement and to see the picture which was i believe the father of Bo, also in The Dawning we saw that her father left her to some woman to be cared for and risen by her. But Aoife's stole her. And also another clue that this is not her father, in last night's episode he told to Lauren that he was preparing since he was a child about this and that for 40 year people have being laughing at him for his plans and also when Lauren asked Dyson (about the genes which she looked under the microscope) If Bo was here the Doctor asked who Bo is, which he would have known if he was her father because of the previously mentioned in this post about Bo's father leaving her to be taken cared by some women.

  16. Remember in the extended synopsis how they added the bit about dyson's future becoming uncertain? I'm starting to worry that somehow Taft is going to steal Dyson's power. What with all the talk about how Dyson is the one that he has been looking for and how it is going to be some much fun to be like that added to the pics of them together here and the apparent trouble for Dyson it just makes sense. wouldn't it be interesting if because of taft's craziness somehow Kenzi becomes fae and Dyson becomes human. Talk about role reversal. Also i really want to know if Bo-Bo is going to put the smackdown on the Morrigan in this episode in addition to destroying Taft or if that is going to be left off for next season.

  17. I want to know what's going on with Tamsin.. They don't mention her in synopsis, she is in neither of these promotional photos.. She became on of my favourite characters during this season, and I hope she stays in season 4. She changed so much since we met her.I want to see her storyline go further and develop more. Find out about her past and stuff. She is a great addition to the show, I really like her character, everything about it.

  18. "Bo attempts an unlikely rescue against an army to
save two people who are dear to her – unaware of the dangers facing
those she leaves behind. Kenzi has an epiphany about Hale. Dyson is
given an important clue to Bo’s past, just as doubt is cast on his own
    future."

I took the doubt part as Tamsin using her powers on him.

  20. Lauren is so horribly boring! All she does is lie and betray and cry. Boo hoo, I hope her storyline is cut short.
