    If I had to guess, I'm thinking that Lauren is going to get a tempting offer to study medicine elsewhere, giving her a chance at a more normal life. She could be very tempted, and if they make Dyson and Bo happen again, she'll have no reason to stick around.

    I find it funny that, so far, Bo's "dawning" basically boils down to her being mind-f*cked all the time. The whole thing seems like a really elaborate practical joke.

    Dyson does not let Bo be her own person. (Love Bo/Lauren...would be okay with some Bo/Dyson mixed in as long as they don't break Bo from Lauren...)
