    I never thought before it could be Barba. But now I don't know, it might be. He is schedule to appear in the episode but is not the ADA responsible for prosecute the case.

    It has to be Cassidy she's doing. Amaro wouldn't be as miffed if it was Barba right? He detest Cassidy though so it seems to just fit better, and since he seems to get pulled into C's rape case too I guess he feels extra pissed at Liv. Or it's just my wishful hoping cause I really really don't want it to be Barba, that would be too awkward. To keep watching Barba in court... nah I'll only see 'the thing' (and by that I mean his hand, get your minds out of the gutter people! ;) )
