  1. Sounds like fun, I like the culinary theme for now, though it may get tired after a while.

  2. Love those titles.

Excellent cast, excellent posters and now excellent title choices, that's a receipe for a great show.

Can't wait to see what's for dessert, hopefully in a long time :).

Given that apparently we get to the entrée in episode 1.07, maybe the desert doesn't have to come in episode 1.13.

Let me think of some other courses or steps in a meal that could be title episodes (I have to include condiments, otherwise it's a not a long list, I can't wait to see what Fuller has found for the other 10 eps) :

    - Amuse-gueule (which is basically covered with Apéritif).
    - Hors d'oeuvre (covered with Entrée, although I think it might not mean the same thing in the US, and its position in the middle of the season would suggest that it means 'main course').
    - Pain (the bread kind, not the painful kind, although this double-entendre suits to Hannibal Lecter).
    - Plat principal.
    - Sauce.
    - Sel / Poivre (for a two-parter).
    - Viande rouge / Viande blanche (for a two-parter).
    - Vin rouge / Vin blanc / Vin rosé (for an epic three-parter !).
    - Salade.
    - Vinaigrette (not a big fan of that, tbh, I like my lettuce without vinegar & oil).
    - Plateau de fromages.
    - Dessert.
    - Café - it would build up like a season of The Wire then, with most of the action taking place in the penultimate episode (Dessert then) before the epilogue where we tie everything up calmly, like around a cup of coffee.

Bryan, you're welcome, and NBC, you see there's potential for many episodes so don't pull an Awake (brilliant NBC Spring drama getting cancelled) on us again. And now I'm hungry.

  7. Bryan Fuller confirmed (to me on Facebook :P) that the season finale is called Savoureux, which is a "savoury dessert course."

  9. Thanks for the update.

It's not "Ceuf", it's "Oeuf", or more accurately "Œuf" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Œ ), it means "Egg". And there's only one "s" at the end of "verrines".

I think episode 1.05 & 1.06 will be connected : the "egg" episode is followed by the "shell" one... unless "coquille" is meant as "scallop", like coquille Saint-Jacques, in which case my whole theory is ruined !

  12. Mind be too early to state definitely, but from the image on this site:
    http://sorozatplanet.web4.hu/cikk/hannibal-mazlistak/index.htm
it appears "Amuse-bouche" is the title of an episode. Maybe Episode 3?
