THE DOCTORS MAKE GREAT STRIDES IN DEVELOPING THE NEW HOSPITAL, ON ABC'S "GREY'S ANATOMY"

"Idle Hands" - As the hospital continues to make positive changes under the new management, the doctors begin to realize that owning a hospital comes with its own set of problems and responsibilities. Meanwhile, Meredith worries about the wellbeing of her unborn baby, Callie and Arizona try to get the spark back in their relationship, and Alex gives Jo's new boyfriend a run for his money, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, MARCH 21 (9:00-10:02 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Grey's Anatomy" stars Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Shepherd, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Chandra Wilson as Miranda Bailey, James Pickens, Jr. as Richard Webber, Sara Ramirez as Callie Torres, Kevin McKidd as Owen Hunt, Jessica Capshaw as Arizona Robbins, Jesse Williams as Jackson Avery and Sarah Drew as April Kepner.

Guest cast TBA.

"Idle Hands" was written by Gabe Llanas and directed by David Greenspan.

    These doctors aren't dumb. How could they not realize this from the beginning? Obviously, the burdens of owning a hospital will be much greater and much different than simply working at a hospital. I have a hard time believing this will come as a shock to anyone involved.

  7. i'm hoping the baby will be delivered before the finale, if baby drama is the finale it's a little predictable currently.
