    Callie is a 'god' in the OR, but she's still an administrative duffus. I wish Arizona could take more leadership -- she didn't win the Carter-Madison award f'nuttin'. Shondaland, next year, pleeeeeeeeeeeease don't waste the truly magnificent, wise, strong character that Arizona is becoming through this season's storyline!

    Jackson's decision made plenty of sense but that didn't do anything for Alex. This situation could really screw with their friendship. Worst case scenario is that things go back to the way they were between those two when all the Mercy West people showed up.

    Never liked Jackson and now I hate him. He just looks stupid bossing everyone around and I hope this doesn't last. I hope they somehow manage to give the leader position back to Owen or to Bailey, seeing as no one else is fit to do the job.
