True. She also wants the throne and castle in one peace (I hope) and not melted to a chunk.
She should team up with Robb. United no one could stop them. And after they kill everyone, he takes the north and she can take the throne with the rest of the kingdom.
Reign? Danny and Jon? Actually I thought she and Robb would not only make a good team but also a good couple. Unfortunately he is married now.
I have no idea why/how she should end up with Jon. Well, he is hot and a good man and great fighter (I would take him). But I just don't see it for them.
What backgrounds? You mean, that he was hated by Lady Stark and she was used and mistreated by her brother?
Shit! You think Jons mother was a Targaryen? But Jon has black hair and the Targaryen are known for their silver white hair.
Or did you mean that Jon is not his real son? Then why telling his wife that? He couldn't miss that Cat hated Jon. If he wasn't his son, why not telling Cat in private, so she wouldn't treat the poor kid like garbage (and everyone else could still believe, he was his son). And when they said goodbye, Ned said that he was his son, that he was of his blood.
You cannot think that Jon is a Baratheon. If so, Ned would have sent for him after Robert died, cause he knew that Cerseis kids were from her brother.
Though, Ned has something against harming children, and since Ned Ned is very closed off when Robert tries to talk to him about his fling there is at least a possibility, that Ned isn't telling the hole truth and in his mind is justified to even keep the secret from Catelyn.
Keeping it even from his wife to protect Jon (and the possible truth about his true identity)? Why? She loved him and was loyal, she would have never betrayed Ned.
But well, if it is true that Jon is not who we think he is, there is a very small possibility to find out the truth now that Ned is dead. The only way to reveal the truth would be finding Jons mother. If I remember correctly, Ned didn't even answer the question if she was still alive, not to mention, that he never said her name. It should be impossible to find her.
:-) I DO want to see him get his ass kicked. :-) And dead to, but I really am enjoying watching him on the screen. I think the actor does an amazing job.
KiaraA and tsavonglah08, this is a great discussion, and I applaud tsavonglah08 from skirting around the actual speculation. KiaraA, I'm not going to be drawn into spoilers, but I'm hoping that eventually the series would introduce someone who might be able to bring some light on the question. There is *at least* one character being introduced this season who is connected to someone with answers. (If the speculation about Jon Snow's parentage is correct.)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Theres a 2 minute ad before the less then minute long promo....fuck this shit, im going to youtube
ReplyDeleteLooks like the stuff in Seasons 1 & 2 was "only" foreplay. :D
ReplyDeleteGood to finally see how big Dany's army will be.
Why does she need an army? She has her dragons (I want one too!!!)
ReplyDelete"I want Joffrey dead" Who doesn't?
ReplyDeleteHehe, but unless she wants to wait for her invasion, until they are grown enough, she still needs some foot-folk.
ReplyDeletehell yeah!
ReplyDeleteYouTube is dark and full of spoilers!
ReplyDeleteoh, I am sooooo excited!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love to hate Joffrey. I almost don´t want him to die, just so I can keep hating him. I love when Tyrion put´s him down.
ReplyDeleteTrue. She also wants the throne and castle in one peace (I hope) and not melted to a chunk.
ReplyDeleteShe should team up with Robb. United no one could stop them. And after they kill everyone, he takes the north and she can take the throne with the rest of the kingdom.
Keep your hopes up.
ReplyDeleteI've always heard from readers, that she should join up forces with Jon Snow.
Tyrion. My favorite Lannister.
ReplyDeleteYou don't want Joffrey dead? How about this: After he gets his ass kicked (I don't care by whom), he stays as the new court jester.
Readers? You mean the books? Sorry, haven't read them. Yet.
ReplyDeleteJon, ha? Well, he is a Stark. But right now he's in the north. On the other side of the wall. How did she end up there?
I didn't say that they ended up together at the same location.
ReplyDeleteBook readers expressed their opinion that since both were wronged and due to some other "backgrounds" they both could/should reign together.
Reign? Danny and Jon? Actually I thought she and Robb would not only make a good team but also a good couple. Unfortunately he is married now.

The mistreatment is one topic they share...but there might be another. It is only a speculation, so I won't get any further into it. :D
ReplyDeleteNo, you can tell me.
ReplyDeleteLet's just say, we only have Ned's word, that Jon is supposedly his bastard son.
ReplyDeleteShit! You think Jons mother was a Targaryen? But Jon has black hair and the Targaryen are known for their silver white hair.

All are valid points you mention.
