    Good for Nick/Jess stuff, but the Sam part was badly written. Why would he leave Jess, just like that, when they both said that Nick kissed her and it meant nothing to her? It just seemed like a slightly lazy way to get Sam out of the picture.

    Maybe he thought they were lying? Who knows, it was a bit rushed but at least he's out the way. Looking forward to more Nick and Jess kissing :-)

    Because she let it happen. If she had stopped Nick, it would be ok for him, but she didn't. Yes, it was Nick who kissed, but she let it happen, and she didn't tell him right away, and the guy lives with her. It's pretty easy to understand the break up.
    And we all know that it meant something for those two. And I'm glad that they show did deal with the kiss right away!

    I don't mind as long as he's out of the picture. Don't get me wrong, I kind of liked Sam but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy about how it turned out.

    Agreed!! Sam was ok, i didn't mind him....but the morning scene when he woke up, i didn't even think it was cute, just weird!! I was thinking oh god Jess!! Does he do that every morning when you guys wake up??

    i liked it a looot! these past episodes new girl has been on fire! i liked sam though, even though i am all for nick and jess as the end game, so kind of sad to see him go! but excellent ep

    Oh yeah, I was happy too, but it meant a bit less to me because it felt a bit contrived. If they'd had a talk about it and Sam had come to the conclusion that she liked Nick or something, that would have been a lot more realistic. This was all a bit quick and easily tied up.

    New Girl has been really damn funny lately and this episode was no exception. Nick was in fine, certifiably crazy form and his rant at the Indian marriage convention made me laugh so hard there were tears:

    It was like a damn fairytale, that kiss. It was the best kiss of your life!
    Are you serious, Nick?
    You have to take a little responsibility, tartin' around in that little soft pink robe not expecting to get kissed...
    Wow.
    I'm a man, Jessica! Pink robes are my catnip.
