  1. First impression... it reminded me of St. Elsewhere.
Interesting character moments throughout the episode,

  2. I watched it solely because it was offering so many points on Viggle (best app ever!) but meh. If I Viggle it again I'm not gonna actually watch itm

  4. Overall, this pilot was almost completely unremarkable. Although there were no bad performances from the actors, the writing and directing was stale and the ham-fisted music cues and hackneyed soundtrack were a real wet blanket over the entire program.

Jamie Bamber (Dr. Wilson) and Sarayu Rao (Dr. Napur) have the unfortunate distinction of being saddled with the too-often-used "young, arrogant surgeon" and "single, workaholic female doctor" stereotypes, respectively. It's a waste of talent. Only Ving Rhames (Dr. Villanueva) and Keong Sim (Dr. Park) are able to overcome the writing to give standout performances.

If the writing and directing can't rise to the level of onscreen talent that this show has collected, this will be a big missed opportunity for TNT.
