Chandra Wilson is taking another spin in the director's chair. Wilson, who plays Dr. Bailey on Grey's Anatomy, will direct an episode of the ABC medical drama slated for mid-March. The hour is so spoilery we can't tease anything! OK, one thing: There's a conference room meeting that will shock not only the audience, but the other doctors!
