After the amazing cliffhanger that I think just about everyone saw coming, White Collar is back in Season 4.5. Cue Tim Dekay saying "Previously on White Collar". Last we saw them Neal had just saved a mysterious figure named "Sam" who claimed to have known Neal's father. After testing a blood sample, it was revealed that "Sam" is actually Neal's long lost daddy-o. The action picks up right after it left off with Neal confronting his Dad about lying to him. As he talks we learn quite a bit about his Dad's past.
It turns out that Neal's Dad actually was a crooked cop, but not in the way we all think. As you all know, Neal's Dad has been in hiding because he was accused of killing a cop. This episode has the perfect amount of flashbacks to explain what was needed. Neal's Dad narrates most of this part and I really enjoyed it. Oh how simple, Neal's life used to be.
So in the present, Neal and Peter are trying to catch Ellen's murderer. It turns out the guy who killed her is in the whiskey counterfeiting business. So, the White Collar team goes undercover. It's the usual setup where Neal and Jones are undercover, Peter and Diana are in the van, and Elizabeth is setting up the event. During the fun, the sting operation is almost blown, but Elizabeth saves it in a big way. I'll leave the rest of that until the 22nd.
Overall this is a very good episode of White Collar and I would highly recommend that you tune in.

"He conned his son into bonding with him. It's hardly a hallmark moment." - Neal
"I haven't blown glass since before they faked Reagan's death!" - Mozzie
There is one point in the episode where Peter goes undercover and dresses like a Mafia hitman that really made me laugh.
The most awkward dinner ever.
