This two parter was absolutely amazing. I loved this episode too! The Tiva moments were cute. I'm choosing to believe he said or at least meant "I love you" when he was talking to her.
And whoa, Vance scared me when he was talking to Gibbs about how he knows he feels about Shannon and Kelly now. This isn't going to end well.
When I saw Oded Fehr, I kept thinking I know him from somewhere and then I remembered he was the movie the Mummy. That makes two actors from that movie to make an appearance on NCIS and both as agents of Mossad. First the actor who played the mummy and then Oded, who played a guardian that was there to prevent the mummy from rising.
I loved the episode and how things worked. When the deputy director of Mossad showed up, my mom said he was the one behind the killing of Ziva's father and then I learned she was right.
Thanks for telling us,i thought it was something on that order. And i wish Oded Fehr would get himself a series of his own, or become a regular on Covert Affairs!
I knew Tony wouldn't kiss her in this episode,it wasn't the time or place.I still don't think its going to happen unless the series comes to and end, or one of them plans on leaving the series.
What a brilliant ep. NCIS is about the only show around that can add humour to a revenge/mourning episode like that. Absolutely awesome. As soon as Ziva was talking to the Dep. Director of Mossad on the computer, I guessed that he was the killer. I liked the way they left it, and I reckon that he'll be back for the season finale. The ending was brilliant too. I was almost in tears. A brilliant send-off to both Jackie and Eli. The music couldn't have been better picked. It enhanced the sadness of the scene. Loved it.
There are few episodes of any TV show that I could watch over and over. This is one of them.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

I am loving this season so far!
I loved the Star Wars reference between Ziva and Tony! I loved how it was Ziva who said I Know.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I didn't think a revenge episode could be so...boring.
ReplyDeleteI really liked this one. I've really loved how they've shown Tony growing up this season and he really showed up in this episode.
ReplyDelete"Show me a sign that I should not lose hope" Then Tony walks in. ;)
ReplyDeleteTony said something like "You're not alone" if the internet is anything to go by.
ReplyDeleteAs an Israeli and as a Hebrew speaker, I can tell you that he said - "You're not alone", or in Hebrew "at lo lehvad"...
ReplyDeleteAmazing episode, funny to see Oded Fehr as the Mossad deputy director...
And, wow, Zive near the Westren Wall in Jerusalem, very emotional for me...
I've always felt Oded is a very under-appreciated actor.

ReplyDeleteI understood too what he said to her, it was very fitting, and i cried when i saw her at the kotel...

People, you really nedd to stop making me cry like this every week. It was heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get the star wars reference...
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I managed to hold it together for these two episodes! So so sad but so amazing at the same time!
