    Switched at Birth. Still haven't caught up on the following yet. does anybody know what show to liken 'the following' to? thinking of maybe watching the pilot in a few hours.

    I liken it to Silence of the Lambs for TV. It is incredibly violent though. Given its about a genius serial killer that's probably a given.
