CBS has ordered a comedy pilot for an untitled project from the My Boys alum. The single-camera comedy would star Gaffigan as a happily married and harried NYC father of five, as he is in real life.
Gaffigan and Rescue Me co-creator Peter Tolan will pen the pilot and executive-produce alongside Michael Wimer and Alex Murray.
