ReplyDeleteNot a single French-speaking show, now that's pretty racist (just kidding ^^ - but seriously, none).
ReplyDeleteI find it incredible that Call Me Fitz is not nominated for best comedy series, best writing (Sheri Elwood) or best actor (Jason Priestley). Sure, it's nominated for best director (Sheri Elwood), best music (Richard Pell), best photography (Ian Bibby), best supporting actor (Stuart Margolin) & best supporting actress (Joanne Cassidy), but it was worthy of all the top nominations.
HBO Canada, The Movie Network and Movie Central seem to be channels worthy of attention, and I believe Super Channel is about to joint them. They have a potentially great new dramedy coming in a few months, it's Forgive Me, their first original series about a young priest (http://www.thestar.com/entertainment/television/article/1296764--thom-fitzgerald-to-direct-forgive-me-for-super-channel ).
Sanctuary got a nomination, I'm so happy about that!
ReplyDeleteYay for Haven and Lost Girl!
I didn't know John A. Birth of a Country got a nomination. I still have watch that.
ReplyDeleteNice to see Continuum and Haven on the list!
