The story follows Neil (Ben Affleck), an American who falls in love with a French single mother (Olga Kurylenko). They marry, Marina and her daughter come to live with him in Oklahoma but their relationship is dissolving as Neil feels drawn to his childhood sweetheart Jane (Rachel McAdams). Meanwhile, Father Quintana (Javier Bardem) questions his love for God.
The film's title comes from le Mont Saint-Michel, often nicknamed "the Wonder of the Western World". Marina and Neil visit it (0:04 => 0:16 in trailer #1, 0:30 => 0:44 in trailer #2).
You love Terrence Mallick or you hate him (or you can be in the middle — I love Thin Red Line and I hate Tree of Life), but his unique style does give cinema a true artistic meaning. To the Wonder seems filled with spellbinding images visuals by Mallick and cinematographer Emmanuel Lubeski, as you can see below in two different trailers presented with a gorgeous music :

To the Wonder stars Olga Kurylenko, hence the Magic City tag — she plays series regular Vera Evans on the Starz period drama coming back for a 10-episode second season next Spring.
Terrence Mallick is on fire. He directed 4 films in 32 years (Badlands in 1973, Days of Heaven in 1978, The Thin Red Line in 1998 and The New World in 2005) and now, he'll have four films released over 3 years : The Tree of Life, To the Wonder and two films filmed back to back, Knights of Cups and an untitled film (both starring Christian Bale, Natalie Portman and Cate Blanchett).
To the Wonder will be released February 22 in the UK, March 6 in France and April 12 in the US.
