Orphan Black is an upcoming serialized ten-episode science-fiction drama series starring Tatiana Maslany as Sarah, who assumes a dead woman’s identity only to discover that she and the identical stranger are one of many clones. On top of that, there's an assassin killing them one by one. Sarah must try to stay alive while she attempts to unravel this twisted conspiracy.
Before Orphan Black arrives on March 30, BBC America will have another original series airing on Saturday nights : Ripper Street, an eight-part miniseries starring Matthew Macfayden débuting on January 19 — the show will commence its run on BBC One on December 30.
