For the resident cad, in particular, there’s “the fact that this is it for him,” Bays continues. “He’s got to hang up his spurs and go off the range. No more one-night stands for Barney. He loves Robin enough that it’s worth it, but we’ll see him grapple with that.”

Aw, the rest of this season sounds awesome. I can't wait for it!
ReplyDeleteOk, I'm not gonna lie, that would be the last straw for me if Robin agreed to adopt or something with Barney. I can stomach a lot of things, but not that. I may not like them getting married period, but I would be furious if a conversation about kids does not get shot down by Robin. I just hope the producers/writers have enough sense to do that...
ReplyDeleteI doubt Barney and Robin are going to have kids. They've said before Barney's not sure what he wants regarding kids, and he's fine with being Uncle Barney.
ReplyDeleteThey'll probably just talk about Robin's infertility and that's it.
Yeah, you're probably right. I would guess the same. Should at least lead to an interesting discussion/episode, but hopefully no more than that
ReplyDeleteHopefully.... I need some happy B/R!!!
ReplyDeleteI actually want a Swarkle baby, I know it'll be weird but i think Robin and Barney will be great parents, albeit different but i think will be great. I'm happy either way
ReplyDeleteWe've already seen him stop with the one night stands. Why would he grapple with it now?
ReplyDeleteIt's also been stated that Robin doesn't have/want kids, but she's a great aunt to Ted's two.
Yeah, the execs have already confirmed that Robin doesn't become a mother.
ReplyDeleteDamn, oh well doesn't matter BR can be happy without a baby :)
