    Rewatched episode S2E08 again and at 15:10 one of the observers has another contact Donald. I wonder if this is the mysterious Donald that Walter is working with. Does anyone know?

    Don't think so. The guy's dead (but of course the timeline has been rewritten). But what is more important - he was completely irrelevant to the series... I suspect, that Donald is someone we know.

    Which boy?

    Could the Observer boy, could be Peter or Henry.

    I still think that the original timeline is going to be restored. And in that timeline, Henry will be son of Fauxlivia and Lee *thoeries*
