    She was awesome in the Christmas special... am dying to know just what her deal is because she's even got the doctor baffled, and she can keep up with his thinking - I'm just disappointed there's only 8 more episodes this season.

    I think I'm going to enjoy the back half of this season (series) much more than the Pond episodes that made up the first five. After "Asylum of the Daleks" the remaining Pond episodes were all disappointing to me in one way or another.

    I really like clara but i was REALLY hoping for a companion from the past! Its intriguing how many versions of her there are but I really loved her in the Christmas special as she was!

    First two thoughts - first, adore Clara already; though I do miss the Ponds, she's fun and she's clever and she's got some mystery to her, and Jenna-Louise Coleman is awesome.

    Second - Love the Doctor's vest. Don't know why, just really do.

    As for the actually episode stuff coming up, it all looks fun. As much as I miss the old companions (and Doctors) when they change, it does tend to revitalize the show, so I can't wait until the back half of the season, and more Clara and Eleven.
