Not really. Arrested Development's fourth season is coming in a few months on Netflix, and they're doing everything right, by not caring if there is more than the initial 10-episode order (now we're more likely to have 12-15 episodes) but also by promoting AD in a way only an internet-based outlet could : by suggesting Netflix users to check out films and shows featured throughout the first three seasons of AD.
