Updated: 28th October
Last Updated: 30th September We've now removed all cancelled shows and created a new tab for this and last Years Shows.
The SpoilerTV Show Status Report is an organized list of the TV shows that are currently airing and returning to TV. This list, powered by Google Docs, is updated regularly by us and will have up-to-date information such as renewal info and premiere/return dates. In addition, each show on the list also has regular info, such as current season, its network and the regular timeslot. We hope that this will make it easier than ever to track your favorite TV series from start to finish!
Changelog:
Jan. 13, 2013: Thanks to Stacy for revamping the report and adding more shows. This is now one of the most comprehensive lists on the Internet I believe now.
Nov. 4, 2012: Added renewals for Hell on Wheels and Wilfred, and added premiere dates for Community, Smash, 1600 Penn, Deception, Necessary Roughness, Suits and White Collar.
Oct. 28, 2012: Added premiere dates for Whitney, The Following and Touch. Also added "Cancelled" to Animal Practice's notes and "Final season" to Private Practice's notes. Plus, added third season renewal to Homeland.
Oct. 17, 2012: Added premiere dates for Girls (Jan. 13) and Enlightened (Jan. 13). Also added in Bob's Burgers' renewal.
Oct. 10, 2012: Added premiere date for Psych S07 (Feb. 27) and removed Made in Jersey (officially cancelled). In addition, Whitney and Community's initial Oct. 19 premieres have been postponed and their list entries have been changed back to default.
Important Information About the Guide:
- New shows will be added once their initial premiere date is announced. This is because some shows tend to be pushed back further than expected, and we want to keep this guide as clean as possible with only confirmed info on the list.
- If a show finishes its season finale before being renewed for another season, it will be removed from the list. This is because some shows take a long while before any renewal or cancellation info is announced. If it gets renewed, then the show will be added back on to the list.
- We are constantly working on improving this list to fit the taste of the readers/viewers. If you have an opinion on something we can add or change, feel free to drop off a comment in the comment section!

Thanks Christian for doing this, it's a very handy table :)
ReplyDeletecan we maybe add a link to the google docs link like before and is it possible to also sort by network? cause i think it would be easier t find specific shows on specific networks and great job this is really useful when figuring out what is renewed and cancelled especially when it comes to cable shows
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me do this! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the suggestion, we will definitely consider that! And thanks for the kind comment! Concerning a link, I have edited the post and added a link now! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat about Sanctuary on Syfy???
ReplyDelete@carnaval93:disqus Sanctuary was cancelled/ended last year
ReplyDeleteTLC is allegedly spinning off My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding with a show about the family featured in most of the episodes. Working title is either the Stanley Sisters or Gypsy Sisters. Rumored debut in February.
ReplyDeleteMissing Alphas
ReplyDelete@facebook-100001487059709:disqus Thanks, yes., we're actually doing an update now so it should be included shortly.
ReplyDeleteThanks, we'll look into it @facebook-100003895611721:disqus appreciate the input.
ReplyDeleteThis is great! I can see why some people would rather have it by network, but i think its fine the way it is.As long as its alphabetical, that is all that matters....Nicely done!
ReplyDeleteWhat's "Sheet 2" for?
ReplyDeleteNot used for anything
ReplyDeleteWhy no info for Person of Interest?
ReplyDeleteHi Caro, it should be in there.
ReplyDeleteis it possible to mark shows that are renewed in green (or a nother color, not red ofc)
ReplyDeletethanks for a great service :)
One question- what does-"***" next to a show's name means?
ReplyDeleteSad... I was working my way through the most recent Fringe articles (didn't start till after I watched the finale), and when I refreshed the page today they all disappeared and so has the Fringe tag! I still want to read them! :(
ReplyDeleteThey are still all here. We don't delete any articles. Use the Cancelled Tag from the Dropdown menu or use www.stvplus.com to find episode specific info
ReplyDeleteThis list is amazing. Many new/going to air here shows I am waiting for. Many of them are shows that air currently in the UK but will be shown here on BBCA, so very excited. Others that I am aware of because of the actors in them, who I follow from others shows, will be airing here, the US, soon as well. I'm definitely going to be keeping up date on this list.
ReplyDeleteTypo Cancelwd next to Leverage. Sorry, I had to point it out.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I heard 90210 was cancelled. Im glad it was just a rumor.
Glad you find it useful :)
ReplyDeleteThanks @fabaa:disqus Just fixing it now :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing list! Only one question.. could it be possible to make renewed shows green or something? That'd be even more awesome ;-)
ReplyDeleteHI Hills. *** next to a show name means new show (season 1). They are removed when we move to season 2. Hope that helps ;)
ReplyDeleteHI Andreas. I haveupdated the spreadsheet and am trying it out to see how that works. Let me know. Thanks for your input!
ReplyDeleteI have taken your request into constideration and I updated the spreadsheet. Green is for renewed or ordered. (In Development ). Red is done and canceled Purple is canceled and finishing up. I'll try this format for a bit and see how it works out. Hope you like it. Thanks for the idea! ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Barber. Good question. Right now sheet 2 is nothing but come January it will be 2013-2014 shows. I will Kerr sheet 1 2012-2013 for reference should anyone need it. This comprehensive list was just recently started so it is constantly updated so keep checking back:)
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yep Gypsy sisters is listed ;)
ReplyDeleteUPDATE/CHANGE TO SPREADSHEET
ReplyDeleteGREEN is for renewed or new orders
PURPLE is for final season currently airing
RED is of course cancelled
Hope this helps ;)
Cool. I'm so glad you like it! I have put a lot of time into this list and will continue to do so. Thanks for the encouragment! ;)
ReplyDeleteYeah. I dunno about a link as I only update the list. It is possible to sort by network but for the most part the consensus would be show name. Thanks for the feedback
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura. From past experience I Agree.
ReplyDeleteIt's Babar, not Barber. :/
ReplyDeleteHow do you know Nashville got renewed for a 2nd season?
ReplyDelete@twitter-920859967:disqus Looks like an error in the spreadsheet that we've fixed. Nashville has still to be either renewed/cancelled.
ReplyDeleteThank you! You show 23 eppys for Person of Interest.....is this correct? Please say yes!
ReplyDeleteaww damn. ;) but thank you for the chart!
ReplyDeleteand it's currently on the bubble too it could go either way nby may :(
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if it was possible to put shows in Devolopment in a different color like Blue or something? so we don't mix up shows that have been renewed with those just in devolopment just my two cents :) and if you can't I understand
ReplyDeleteand is it also possible to sort by the Network for example all ABc shows together and same with CBS, CW, FOX, NBC, ABC Family, FX, TNT, USA, AMC, HBO, Showtime, Starz etc. It makes it easier to find a specific show on a specific network IMO
ReplyDeletealso the shows that have been cancelled from the previous season could they be removed so the shows that where cancelled from the 2011-2012 season be cancelled for example Hung because then the list becomes to big to find a specific show and too cluttered IMO but i love this list just my two cents
ReplyDeleteWow, Deception is a good show it just needs a better lead in so why are you all so against it? Most low rated NBC shows can't hold a steady audience number but Deception did so why is it that you constantly put it as "certain to be cancelled" ? Given a chance, this show has a lot of potential to be a ratings gold mine. I agree that the first few episodes needed some fine tuning but the rest were great. IMO, it's more like on the bubble/TBD but should be renewed.
ReplyDeleteSouthland Fans here is the petition for season 6. Pass it on thanks.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.change.org/petitions/turner-network-television-tnt-renewal-of-southland-season-6
Thanks I'll ask Stacy about this.
ReplyDeleteLove It Or List It Too was pulled from HGTV Monday night prime time after three episodes.
ReplyDeleteThanks Anna, we'll update it for our next update

ReplyDeleteHi! Was wondering about The Listener. Is that coming back for a 5th season?
ReplyDeleteDon't have any news, sorry.
ReplyDeletehi Sbenton. I don't watch Deception but that's a good question. If I put a comment like "certain to be canceled" for example, it is not my opinion but what us being told on the boards or by the network. Its just a tidbit of information that changes constantly. Nothing with the networks are ever set in stone. They might cancel something to change it to revived later on. TBD/ON THE BUBBLE is where I get the info from databases like Futon Critic, TV Rage, TV Guide etc....these also change all the time and is in no way set in stone. Some people wish to know that information as they are looking to see if their shows have been renewed/canceled or put in hiatus. Great questions. Thanks for sharing. Hope I was able to help :) Stacy
ReplyDeleteHi Laura. I don't keep the information on what the shows are about. I think we have it listed under our Pilot Watch link.
ReplyDeleteI had forgotten all about this,ha! Thanks for getting back to me,i'll check the Pilot Watch! :)
