    I loved this episode! It was so good. The scene between Gibbs and Jackson after Jackson confessed the truth was heartbreaking. And I'm so glad the older LJ and Jackson made up.

    ..this episode was also flat the only good thin knowing why two best friend separated for loving the same woman and how Gibbs help them reunited again but the parallel storyline a very crappy one

    Awesome to see Billy Dee on the small screen. The episode had kind of an odd structure. Usually you'd expect such a personal story to be either tied directly to the main story (i.e. the case of the week) or it's a B story that only takes up a couple of scenes. Here Gibb's personal story felt like it wanted to be the A story but they wouldn't really let it.




    I always like seeing Gibb's dad. I like their relationship and loved that phone message. My dad was always annoyed when I turned one of his lessons back on him. The tribute to the marine squad was a nice touch. I am glad that the government has made an effort to correct that oversight.
