    "Freedom has its cost" So to me it looks like Etta,but i think its just the way Bart put the promo together.

    Is that Septembers voice at the very end?

    And what are they spraying in the Observers face?

    i agree the promos have made it seem Etta dies, but she is listed as in the next episode, so she either does not die or is in some sort of flash back
