  1. I tried to watch it, but just couldn't get over 17 minutes.

  2. Oh dear, that doesn't sound good. It doesn't seem like my sort of show either. Definitely going to pass on it.

  3. I can't get passed the fact Mamie Gummer looks so much like her mom! Seriously, it's Meryl Streep all over.

  6. I'm not the most critical of shows so thats probably why I enjoyed it. The voice overs at the beginning are pretty annoying but I got used to it after a while. It was funny in parts but it can also be serious too. The main character is so likeable and I hope it does well. Ps, the pilot got better in the second half.

  7. I'm giving *almost* all the new shows at least one episode.... this is in the group that aren't getting even that - even the trailers were horrid.

  8. Haven't watched it yet, but keep in mind that most of the CW pilots are rubbish and get better after a few episodes... just look at TVD, that pilot (and the 2 episodes after that) were awful and it got so much better!

  9. I loved it. It honestly had a Scrubs feel to it. Obviously no day dreaming or what not but I think it has potential.

  10. I expected to be bored but wasn't. I was telling a friend about it and called it Grey's Lite. Which I think it is; right down to the use of voice over. The clips annoyed me with their focus on the annoying VO gag. "Say it. Say it." But when the episode stopped that nonsense I liked it. I found the patients interesting. And I though that this batch of interns felt more real, personality-wise, than when we first met the crew in the Grey's pilot. I'm not really sure if it'll appeal to the CW's typical demographic. But as a CW soap this is way better than Heart of Dixie.

  11. I really, really liked this show. It was fun yet dramatic, but with just enough light-heartedness that it wasn't so heavy-handed. I love the character of Emily already. I sincerely hope this show gets a chance. Mamie is so, so adorable, and not only does she look like her mom, but I do believe Meryl's incredible acting talents were also passed on genetically!

I'll be tuning in this fall, absolutely.

  12. No show which recasts Jack Coleman deserves to survive.
