DWTS, Castle, The Voice, Revolution - Still expected to air for now

Oct 29, 2012

When contacted by THR, a rep for NBC said that no changes were currently expected for the schedule. That means the network's typically dominant block of The Voice and Revolution will air originals as expected.

ABC is the only network with a live telecast (Dancing With the Stars) on the lineup. The two-hour performance episode, which films in L.A., was still scheduled to tape and air as originally planned when THR reached out to network reps. The network also has an original episode of Castle slotted for 10 p.m.

No decision had been made at Fox. The network, which just finished its postseason baseball coverage with game four of the World Series, is airing a previously scheduled encore of The X Factor between 8 and 10 p.m.

  1. Wonder how long it'll take them to change their minds and decide to air repeats like CBS and CW.

  3. I think they should follow CBS and CW and push the new episodes back a week. We don't know how many people will be without power tonight.

  4. If they had delayed Castle another week...Sandy would be getting a kick right to the ass.

  6. Is it me or is it kind of ironic that NBC will air a show where people are without power (Revolution) when actually many regions of the US will experience just that (without the vegetation taking over the cities, hopefully) ?
