Matt Long has joined the cast of Private Practice in a recurring role, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

Long, well-known for playing one of the titular roles in Jack & Bobby, will play a new doctor at St. Ambrose hospital.

    I am thinkig Violet actually lol. Funny on none of us have the same thoughts. I still say they will end up putting Jake with Amelia, it would make the most sense (only if it didnt break the best relationship of the show, which is Addison/Amelia)
