  3. i think go on and the new normal were interesting enough!i'm probably going to watch a few other episodes of revolution before i decide whether or not to watch the whole season:)

  4. Revolution, it's the only one I've seen I'm afraid. It was ok, interesting premis but I dislike a few of the cast if I'm honest, and it didn't feel polished and professional enough to be the pilot really, more of a mid season lull episode. Definitely will be tuning in again though to see where it goes, just a bit gutted that my fav characters either died or are missing now, lol.

  5. Go On for sure. I'm not sure about Animal Practice. There were things I liked about the pilot, and if it gets better, I would watch it. However, I've heard critics say negative things. Revolution would be more appealing to me if the blackout had been caused by accident, instead of a big baddie, and if it were all about people learning to rebuild their lives after this loss.

  6. All of them except for Animal Practice. I love JoAnna Garcia Swisher, but no to that show.

  7. Definately going to watch revolution, may try Go On again, I didn't like New Normal, haven't tried others, I want to watch Ben and Kate though going to give that a try

  8. -The New Normal: I liked it, I thought it was cute (for the lack of a better word), funny and enjoyable enough. That being said, they could tone it down a bit. I mean, it was just too preachy and stereotypical for my taste.
    - Ben and Kate: I was pleasantly surprised with this one, I really thought it was going to be awful but it was actually okay. It's not groundbreaking material in any way but I liked it. They have to work on the Ben character though, I mean he was just so stupid (not even in afun sort of way).

  9. Revolution only because I want to see whether or not the series is going to turn into a Terra Nova trainwreck or actually turn out to be something good.

The New Normal is definitely on my watch list, but all the other comedies are disposable. Especially Mindy Project and Ben and Kate.

  10. That is what appealed to me about the concept of Revolution when I first heard about it too...
I would have loved to see the immediate events after the power down. How everybody adjusted, the riots, the struggle, the progression from our present day to the show's present day 15 years in the future.

That would make for great drama and not be as contrived as the pilot was. Even though I avoided 95% of the promo material before hand I felt like I had seen everything in the pilot before, too similar to previous series and movies, too familiar.

  11. Go On, New Normal, Mindy Project = Hell no.
Animal Practice and Revolution equal wait and see for a few episodes, but both need to improve drastically.

  12. I honestly think that Revolution is the best show out of this bunch, if not the best new show of the fall. But I really did enjoy Ben and Kate, and The New Normal.

  13. Hi! You can watch it with Hotspot Shield (free). It definitely works on hulu.
Im from Hungary and it worked for me :)

  14. I thought Revolution was really good. I didn't watch any others except for Animal Practice and I was not impressed. As Dennis Miller put it, it may be the first show to be cancelled before actually premiering.

  15. My feelings exactly, and I was initially excited for Revolution because I thought that's how it would be--the power goes out with no way to get it back on, so people have to adjust. We'd see the best and worst in people and it would be great drama. Then I saw the promos with all this talk about someone knowing how to turn it back on, so I didn't even bother watching the pilot. It takes too much edge off knowing that the calamity could be reversed in the flick of a switch.

  16. Oh my schedule says Revolution (then a couple of other shows that aren't on this list) :-)

  19. Revolution and Go On.

  20. Revolution. But honestly I wasn´t crazy about the pilot. I´ll watch the first 3 - 4 episodes and then decide.

  21. so far, none of the online pilots blew me away, but I'll be giving Revolution an extended tryout, and then a 3 ep tryout for Go On and the Mindy Project

  22. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain it to me, but as a foreign citizen living in Europe I fear using any kind of software that could lead to some kind of trouble :)

  23. The Elementary pilot is also online btw, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. JLM is a really compelling Sherlock Holmes. It took a while to warm up to Lucy's Watson but about 30 minutes in she started to grow on me. There is definitely something there with this new version of Sherlock, I'll give it another couple of episodes.

I give it a 4/5 well acted and well put together.

  24. I'm willing to give Go On and Animal Practice a few more episodes but I've no further interest in the rest. However, I did see Elementary yesterday and that was decent.

  25. I liked Revolution but that's the only one in your list that I liked. The Monkey in Animal Practice is cute and funny but that would get old very quickly for me. One not in your list I found online was Elementary and I really liked it a whole lot better than I thought I would so I will give it a go as well.

  26. Do you know if they are going to release any more pilots online this year?

    ReplyDelete
  27. I would also like to know

  28. I have loved Revolution, and surprisingly I really liked Go On. If it weren't for the early preview I would not have given it a chance, but I liked it, so I will try it for a few more episodes. I have no interest in watching Animal Practice at all and I don't picture myself watching The Mindy Project either. I will give Ben and Kate a try but I could not see the pilot yet (non Us here), and The New Normal I will only see dependig on my time and depending on its ratings, a bit more into the season.

  29. Revolution and only begrudgingly. I'm going to be getting so much more sleep this year. So yeah for that but boo for network execs who picked the line-ups.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Definitely Revolution and Go On. Probably Ben and Kate. Maybe Animal Practice.

    ReplyDelete
  31. NBC is supposed to release them all 2 weeks before airdate dont know about the rest of the networks

    ReplyDelete
  32. I've just seen Go On and I really liked it. I will watch episode 2.

    ReplyDelete
  33. The New Normal wasn't great, I might give it another go depending on how many other shows I pick up. I liked the cast and the concept but the way the episode was put together wasnt great.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Revolution Definitely.... I thought Animal Practice was cancelled
