OMG!!! Amazing... I thought this day would never come and we finaly got a promo and it was greattt! I can't wait for this new season seems that is gonna totaly diferent from the others two
Wow, they finally heard me! I was just complaining about that this morning! Nice one CW! Looking forward to this show's return, the promo looks awesome! I love that the show reinvents itself every season! So happy to have it back!
Nice to FINALLY have some Niki love from the CW, and it looks great! Looks like there will be some growing pains with Ryan and his "by the book" ways and Team Niki on how to do things... you have to love: Babe, Nerd,... you ready to go kick some superspy ass?......... so good
The CW was clearly saving the best til last in terms of promo's! This promo is hand-downs the best one I've seen and for people who don't watch Nikita weekly, I could see how people would start tuning in. So many action scenes, it reminds me of the first season! Maggie Q is still doing a phenomenal job as Nikita as per. It depresses me that the show is still on Friday nights, so much quality shoved on the worst night possible.
It's the same division but it is now run by the Government and partly by Nikita. I think I read the CW are starting their shows in October to avoid premiere clashes with other networks and to get better ratings (don't quote me on that though). I'm really annoyed that Nikita is the last show to premiere (October 19th!!) Grrr.
Wanted to add, just because SPN fans can seem pushy with their dedication doesn't mean we're all the same, and doesn't mean you always have to take defensive mode around us. Everyone likes rooting for the shows they love.
I'm rooting for many shows. Especially Nikita as we deserve a Season 4 and more of this show. The ratings don't reflect on how great it is.
I don't really see it that way. It's just that he and Nikita have very different views on how to get things done, because of their very different histories and personalities. Ryan is a by-the-book company man, who always follows protocol to a tee and obeys his superiors. Nikita, on the other hand, has always been a rogue rebel who played by her own rules and didn't have to take anyone's words. It was already difficult for her to be part of a group last season and realize she can't make all the decisions on her own. I look forward to seeing their world views clash as they run the new Division, I think it will be a great storyline.

This show gives new meaning to words like "epic" and "badass". If I were any more excited for Season 3, I might pass out. This was a terrific promo - I'm so glad that when the CW *finally* heard our pleas and gave us one, they made it truly awesome. It truly looks like a big-budget action movie. Seeing stunts like Nikita being thrown out of a window or that Bourne-style jump from one building to another is just mind-blowing. And on the shallow side, we have Ryan (stubble!) and Michael (sleek beige suit) looking hotter than ever, Alex the billionaire heiress who looks like she stepped out of a fashion magazine, and that convertible Michael was driving. Woof. The only gripe I have is that we got very little of Alex - she's the 2nd most important character in my opinion, and she didn't even get a word of dialogue, just a few quick shots. Amanda and Owen were also missed (I think the footage was just from the first 2-3 eps, though, and they aren't in them). Still, fantastic promo, and with all the action and awesomeness, it actually looks like it could entice some new viewers.
To each his or her own, but I have to say, Nikita is the only returning CW show I'll watch next season. Supernatural jumped the shark in Season 5 in my opinion, and Vampire Diaries last season. It annoys me to see shows like Supernatural go on forever and ever while a lot of good shows get cancelled early. Obviously, a lot of people love SPN or it wouldn't still have such high ratings, but to me it's just repeating itself endlessly, not to mention that the depressing angst is way over the top.
Whoa - another great season in the making - can't wait. In a moderately related side note, I was unfortunate enough to catch League of Extraordinary Gentlemen on some channel this summer and I need to get the image of Shane West as Tom Sawyer scrubbed from the back of my brain where it has taken residence and refuses to leave. If anyone has any spare eyebleach - now is the time.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
And it's looking great! :D

ReplyDeleteOMG!!! Amazing... I thought this day would never come and we finaly got a promo and it was greattt! I can't wait for this new season seems that is gonna totaly diferent from the others two

ReplyDeleteIn your opinion, not mine ;) SPN has passed its prime dude.
ReplyDeleteThat's your opinion too. SPN is still good.
ReplyDeleteWow! I am so anxious for this season! This year all the shows I watch look like they're going to be amazing.
ReplyDeleteI hope this brings in more viewers. This show deserves to stay on longer.
I am sorry but Nikita IS THE BEST SHOW IN CW!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm a little confused. Is there going to be a new division this season? Lol. Why is CW making us wait til October! I'm looking forward to this!

ReplyDeleteSorry... I was kidding about the number of times they said "It's a new division" in the promo.
ReplyDeleteLol oops no worries, sarcasm need's its own font on the internet.
ReplyDeleteNice promo. It was a little lite in the Owen & Alex departments though.
ReplyDeleteYES! I am so pumped for Nikita again!!
ReplyDeleteSo what's your point? Maybe you misread the title but it said "Nikita" Season 3 promo. Why don't you go share your SPN love on a SPN promo?
ReplyDeleteJust saying, smallville944 has a right to say where her favorite shows fall in line- touchy.
ReplyDeleteDon't need to apologize, Nikita is awesome. We all have different order to shows we like.
ReplyDeleteWanted to add, just because SPN fans can seem pushy with their dedication doesn't mean we're all the same, and doesn't mean you always have to take defensive mode around us. Everyone likes rooting for the shows they love.

If the CIA would share information/resources they wouldn't have to hack it :)
ReplyDeleteWhere's Sean?

ReplyDeleteI like depressing angst. And Season 5 was my favorite season. lol
ReplyDeleteI didn't like last season of Vampire Diaries as much as previous seasons either.
I know how it feels with canceled shows. I've watched many shows that got tanked too soon. Jericho for one.
Whoa - another great season in the making - can't wait.

Indeed it is the best and will be forever
ReplyDeleteIt's gonna be epic *.* OMG
ReplyDeleteawesome!!!
ReplyDeleteBadass but disapointing :(
ReplyDeleteFirst Craig says that the heart of the show is Nikita/Alex Mother/daughter relationship and then he gives us this...
