Thanks to The Spoiler Fairy for sending us the following..

The interrogator questions Saul, who is taking a polygraph test, and gets very agitated. Saul is asked about Aileen Morgan, and about whether he gave her the weapon she used to kill herself. Saul suggests that Estes is trying to frame him, and asks why the interrogator isn't instead asking him about a plan to assassinate a U.S. Congressman. Later, the interrogator brings the polygraph results to Estes and tells him he has grounds for Saul's dismissal, but that he left the info about the assassination plot out of the report, which Estes appreciates. The team leader is the head of a tactical team working with Carrie as they search some underground industrial tunnels for Abu Nazir. Carrie's face is injured, and she tells the team leader that Nazir did that to her while he was holding her hostage. After Carrie and the team leader are separated, Nazir kills the team leader and takes his gun, leaving Carrie alone with Nazir in that section of the tunnels.
